By 6 PM, Capital House’s premises was glittering with people garbed beautifully in their all white attire with a touch of red. Microfinance Manager Emmanuel Oppong Ntiamoah kicked off the service with a powerful opening prayer which was swiftly followed by a Praise and Worship session led by staff members Ms Rita Antwiwaa and Mr Eric Cobbinah that warmed the dancing shoes of participants.
After the introduction of dignitaries by able MC and Operations Manager Francis Sarfo Kwarteng and the purpose of gathering read out by HR Manager Ms Freda Ennin-Donkor, the Board Chairperson Ms Patricia Peprah-Agyemang came to the podium with a message from the Board. She thanked God enthusiastically for just how far He had brought Capital, thanked all stakeholders, especially the staff, for all the hardwork they had poured into the institution to make it what it is today and especially acknowledged the current CEO Mr Martin Kobire for the yeoman’s job he was doing as the chief driver of the Bank’s affairs. She urged all stakeholders to do their part in taking the Bank to greater heights and for staff to stand united so that they can work relentlessly towards the goals of the Bank.
Subsequently, the first three bible readings were read and another vigorous and lively song ministration was done by staff members Mr Daniel Obuo, Ms Millicent Adukwe and [Insert name. The second batch of bible readings were read which set the stage smoothly into a powerful, moving song ministration by Mr Emmanuel Opare. Guests listened to the ministration with great emotion, moved by the grace and mercy that the Lord had bestowed on them, their families and Capital Rural Bank.
With the crowd in a worshipful mood, Chief Executive Martin Kobire took the stage to give a powerful exhortation, relying on numerous Bible verses to harp on the importance of taking your work as your ministry and living out Christian values at the workplace. He also stressed on the importance of unity at the workplace. Subsequently, he led the crowd in a short, powerful time of prayer.
WTo crown the night, a joyous, moving song ministration was done by budding gospel musician, Linda Fosu which made the whole venue go agog with dancing and singing to fully thank the Lord for all his mercies. All too soon, the service had to come to a happy close.
